1. Reservations
Reservation Process
Reservations are made through our website. The reservation will be considered confirmed once the total amount of the stay is paid.
Reservation Confirmation
After receiving full payment, a reservation confirmation will be sent via email, which will include the details of the stay and the contact information of the property owner or manager.
2. Payments
The customer will pay the total amount by credit card at the time of booking.
Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway provided by Stripe. Apartamento Turístico Ana does not have access to your banking details, and no payment information will be retained.

Accepted payment methods include:
- Major credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express.
- PayPal
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing (via email) and will be effective from the date of receipt of such notification.
Cancellation Fees
- Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the total amount.
- Cancellations made within 14 days before the arrival date: No refund, and the customer must pay the total price of the reservation.
No Show
If the guest does not arrive on the day of arrival and has not notified a cancellation, no refund will be issued.
The owner will not be responsible for the cancellation of the reservation or any failure to meet obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseen situations.
4. Reservation Modifications
Modification Requests
To modify any details of a reservation, please email us at apartamento.turistico.ana@gmail.com indicating the reservation locator. Date modifications due to force majeure (medical, hospitalization, etc.) will be subject to availability and approval.
5. Right of Admission
The owner reserves the right to refuse the reservation and, consequently, entry to the establishment if the number of occupants does not match the reserved number.
6. Pets
The owner reserves the right to not accept pets.
7. Parties or Events
No parties or events of any kind are allowed.
8. Smoking (Vaping)
Smoking (or vaping) is not permitted inside the accommodation. Exceptionally, smoking is allowed on the terrace, provided that cigarette butts and ashes are collected (ashtrays are not provided anywhere on the property).
9. Noise
Activities that cause disturbances to neighbors (especially during rest hours) should be avoided.
10. Guests
The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the accommodation is 6 (including the sofa bed). No person over 16 years of age may stay overnight without prior registration.
Additionally, any unregistered visitors will require prior authorization from the host before accessing the accommodation (note that they cannot stay overnight). Under no circumstances may the total number of guests and visitors exceed 6.
11. Cleanliness / Trash
For safety and hygiene reasons, guests are required to maintain the property in good order and cleanliness.
Guests are also strongly encouraged to segregate trash properly (necessary items are provided for this purpose).
12. Lost Keys
For security reasons, guests are asked to keep the keys under control at all times.
In addition to the inconvenience for the guest, losing the keys incurs additional costs (remote control, lock changes, etc.). Therefore, the loss of keys will incur a charge of €50.
13. Check-Out
Check-out from the apartment must be completed by 12:00 PM; any late check-out requires prior approval from the host.
Before leaving, guests should ensure:
- All personal belongings are removed;
- Trash is taken out;
- All used dishes and cutlery are cleaned;
- The property is left in good order and cleanliness (any cleaning required beyond normal expectations will incur an additional charge).
14. Damage
The customer will be responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the apartment during their stay.
